What is CommsCast?
CommsCast sends event announcements automatically to Telegram channels and email lists for groups that have enrolled members and recurring events, such as churches, gyms, schools, sports leagues, HOAs, non-profits and community centers.
How do I set it up?
Paste your organization website address. CommsCast finds your groups, imports your events and builds a public page from your own content. Then connect your Telegram channels and email lists once. After that, announcements go out automatically on the right day to the right group.
Who is CommsCast not for?
It is not for one-off public events or ticket sales. It is built for communicating with people who are already part of your group, and for turning visitors into enrolled members.
Where do the announcements go?
To the Telegram channels and email lists you connect. Each announcement is written for its channel and can include a photo from your own library or a stock image.
How do new people join a group?
Every group (called an inner circle) gets its own enrollment page. A visitor taps once and becomes an enrolled member.
How much does CommsCast cost?
Freemium is free. Paid plans are Basic $9, Smart $29, Multi $69 per month. The pricing page lists the limits of each plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the full Multi plan, with no card required. After the trial you pick a plan or stay on Freemium.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel any time. The refund page explains the refund terms.
