Automatic event announcements for Community Centers

CommsCast is for a community center running many recurring programs. You set it up once, and it posts announcements to your Telegram channels and email lists on the right day, to the right group.

The problem

Dozens of programs each need their own audience and their own schedule.

What CommsCast does

• Paste your website address. CommsCast finds your groups and imports your events, such as weekly classes, youth programs, seasonal events.
• Connect your Telegram channels and email lists once.
• Announcements go out automatically, each written for its channel, with a photo from your library or a stock image.
• Each group gets its own enrollment page, so a new person taps once and joins.

Who it is not for

CommsCast is for groups with enrolled members and recurring events. It is not for one-off public events or ticket sales.

Cost

Plans start free; paid plans are Basic $9, Smart $29, Multi $69 per month. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the full Multi plan, no card required.
