Automatic event announcements for Schools and PTAs

CommsCast is for a school, PTA or school club. You set it up once, and it posts announcements to your Telegram channels and email lists on the right day, to the right group.

The problem

Parents and volunteers sit in different groups, and each event needs its own message to the right group.

What CommsCast does

• Paste your website address. CommsCast finds your groups and imports your events, such as a monthly PTA meeting, a Volunteer Fair, Chess Club weekly practice, a district tournament.
• Connect your Telegram channels and email lists once.
• Announcements go out automatically, each written for its channel, with a photo from your library or a stock image.
• Each group gets its own enrollment page, so a new person taps once and joins.

Who it is not for

CommsCast is for groups with enrolled members and recurring events. It is not for one-off public events or ticket sales.

Cost

Plans start free; paid plans are Basic $9, Smart $29, Multi $69 per month. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the full Multi plan, no card required.
