Automatic event announcements for Sports Leagues and Teams

CommsCast is for a league or team with a practice and game schedule. You set it up once, and it posts announcements to your Telegram channels and email lists on the right day, to the right group.

The problem

Schedules change by team, and one missed message means an empty field.

What CommsCast does

• Paste your website address. CommsCast finds your groups and imports your events, such as practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays, a Spring Game, a tournament.
• Connect your Telegram channels and email lists once.
• Announcements go out automatically, each written for its channel, with a photo from your library or a stock image.
• Each group gets its own enrollment page, so a new person taps once and joins.

Who it is not for

CommsCast is for groups with enrolled members and recurring events. It is not for one-off public events or ticket sales.

Cost

Plans start free; paid plans are Basic $9, Smart $29, Multi $69 per month. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the full Multi plan, no card required.
